Condition: The overall condition is poor to fair. Residue marks scattered throughout exterior of coat. Top two buttons have detached from coat but both buttons have been retained. Pocket bag at interior of pocket has detached from pocket opening. Significant tears in lining at underarms and at shoulder seams; left shoulder seam in lining has come completely undone. Small holes in lining scattered across the hem of coat. Small surface abrasions at edge of collar and hem of coat.Everything is sold 'As Is’. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
